The terms for using this website.
These terms cover your use of this website. Any services we deliver for you are covered by a separate written agreement.
Using this website
This website is run by Tech 127 Pty Ltd (“Tech127”, “we”, “us”). By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
What this website is
This website describes what Tech127 does and how we work. It is general information, not an offer, a quote or professional advice. Any work we do for you is set out in a separate written agreement, and that agreement prevails over anything on this website.
Requesting a demo
Sending the request a demo form, or an email, does not create a contract or any obligation on either side. We will reply by email, usually within one business day.
Please give us accurate details. How we handle them is explained in our privacy notice.
How you may use the website
You agree not to:
- try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its hosting or the systems behind it;
- send malicious code, or content that is unlawful, abusive or misleading;
- use automated tools to submit the demo form, or to load the website at a rate that disrupts it;
- pretend to be another person or business.

This website links to other sites, including maestrodevs.com, and uses third-party services such as Formspree. We do not control those sites or services and are not responsible for them. Their own terms and privacy notices apply.
Disclaimer and limits
We take care to keep this website accurate and available, but we provide it as is and do not promise it will be error-free or always online.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded. Subject to that, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website.
