Map the process. Design the fix. Agree it in writing.

Before anything is built, we sit with the people who do the work, capture every rule and exception, and turn it into a lean solution design with tests everyone signs off.

How it works

From how it really works to a design you can build.

  1. Discovery workshops

We walk the process with the people who run it, including the exceptions and workarounds nobody has written down.

  2. Rules register

Every deadline, threshold, approval and exception is captured in one register that your team reviews and confirms.

  3. Solution design

Architecture, data model, security, identity and hosting options, written in plain language and costed to run in accounts you own.

  4. A deliberately narrow first release

We agree what goes into release 1, what is deferred, and what each later phase would need. Small enough to land, useful from day one.

  5. Acceptance tests

Pass or fail tests agreed up front, built from your real cases, so everyone knows exactly what done looks like.

What you get

  • A map of the current process, exceptions included
  • A business rules register confirmed by your team
  • A solution design with architecture and data model
  • Hosting options and monthly running costs
  • Release 1 scope and a phased roadmap
  • Agreed acceptance criteria and responsibilities

Common questions

Do we need technical people involved?

Mostly we need the people who run the process. Your IT or Microsoft 365 admin joins for the permissions and security decisions.

What if the process isn’t worth automating?

We’ll tell you. Some processes need tidying before they need automating, and the design will say so.

Is the design ours?

Yes. It’s written so any capable team could build from it, including us.
