# Tech127

> Tech 127 Pty Ltd is an Australian business process automation company. We design, build, launch and support automations for businesses of any size and industry, from email intake and AI document reading through to approvals, deadline tracking and reporting. Automation prepares the work; named people confirm, approve and send it. Every account, workflow and line of source sits in the client's name.

## What we do

- Four stages, and a client can start at any of them: Discover (process mapping and solution design), Build (automation build and integration), Launch (go-live and handover), Support (managed support and growth).
- Capability areas: inbox and email intake, document reading, matching and reconciliation, approvals and sign-offs, deadlines and compliance, reporting and document generation.

## How we work (the commitments)

- Fixed scope agreed in writing, with acceptance tests, before anything is built.
- Tested on the client's own documents and edge cases.
- No switch-over until a full parallel run shows no unexplained differences.
- The client owns everything: accounts, workflows, data and source, from day one.
- People decide. The automation drafts and prepares; a named person approves and sends.
- Monitoring, error queues and tested restores, with response times in the SLA.

## Who we serve

- Small business (up to 50 people): automation without an IT team.
- Mid-market (51 to 500 people): standardise processes and connect systems that do not talk.
- Enterprise (500+ people): governed automation across entities, with single sign-on and MFA, least-privilege access, human sign-off and an audit trail on every step.

## Platforms

n8n, PostgreSQL, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, SharePoint, Cloudflare Access, Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, NocoDB and GitHub. Platforms are billed directly to the client's own accounts; Tech127 does not mark them up.

## Maestro

Maestro (https://maestrodevs.com) is Tech127's AI multi-agent delivery framework. Specialised AI crews plan, build, test, review and ship on the client's own machines, with every significant plan approved by a person in Maestro Hub. Tech127 both delivers with it and puts it to work inside client teams.

Not published. Engagements are scoped and quoted after a process review.
